My name is Josh Grant, owner of Cabinet Painting and Restoration. I am a specialty painter and have been painting for 9 years. I started working in painting in 2014 in Catawba County, NC around Lake Norman. My work was in traditional painting and cabinet painting. In September of 2021, I moved to Raleigh, NC to marry my wife, Amanda, and start a cabinet painting business in the triangle. I do all my own work from the estimates to the painting and we also offer free design consulation services. We are a family business run by a husband and wife team.
We can turn stained cabinets into a brand new color to brighten your kitchen. We can repair damaged doors and drawer faces. We can install glass panes into cabinet doors to customize your kitchen. We can switch out hinges, slides, knobs and pulls. Most importanly, we offer minimal interruption to your daily life. When we begin the project, we will remove the doors and drawer faces to spray at our shop off site. Once completed we will return to paint the frames and hang the doors and drawer faces. There is no need for you to remove anything from your cabinets. We will be off site for three days painting your doors, and, we will spend two days in home painting the cabinet boxes and installing doors and drawer faces. Most projects take a week to complete.
Our paint is our word. We use a high quality Benjamin Moore paint that is durable and produces a factory finish while being non-toxic and water based. All estimates are free.
